Built from a real business need.
Clientide grew from software created for a private music teaching business—and a broader problem shared by independent professionals.
The work is connected. The tools often are not.
Even a small service business handles clients, different prices and durations, recurring schedules, working hours, cancellations, rescheduling, invoices, payments and outstanding balances. None of these jobs is unusual on its own. The friction comes from spreading them across calendars, spreadsheets, documents and manual processes.
While solving that problem for one real teaching business, it became clear that the same underlying workflow applies to tutors, instructors, trainers, cleaners, beauty professionals, groomers, photographers, coaches and many others. Clientide is being built to put that workflow in one practical system.
